Permission granted for two dwellings on vacant land, formerly part of a village pub car park.

Our development team identified a large vacant unused section of a village pub car park. Overgrown, unused, and much of on eye sore, we approached the owner with an attractive proposition, under our land partnership scheme.

With little knowledge of the ever changing planning system the owners entrusted our development team to draw up an exclusive contemporary scheme for 2 units for the potential plot.

Planning was secured, the owner profited handsomely, and 2 stunning, contemporary sustainable homes occupy the plot.
