Permission granted for erection of detached dwelling and garage, replacement garage for existing dwelling and alterations to existing vehicular access and driveway.
Our development team identified an executive 5 bedroom property with a large rear garden, accessible from the main road. Overgrown, neglected and what appeared a hassle to maintain, we approached the owner with a proposition, under our land partnership program.
With little knowledge of the ever changing planning system the owners entrusted our development team to draw up a scheme for the potential plot.
Expert navigation of the local planning constraints and a precise design meant we could ensure a successful application that maximised both the potential and value of the plot.
Plans were submitted to divide the garden in a smaller, but sizeable version for the owners continued use , with a new separate dwelling on what remained.
The project worked on a no win - no fee basis., with Matthew Mark bearing all the costs of the application, scheme design and implementation.
Planning permission was secured Jan ‘19. The plot was immediate purchased from the owners, for a healthy sum, and the build is now transpiring.
